Sierra Vista Open
Due to financial
constraints, the City of Sierra Vista has again decided to cancel all of
the Senior Games again for 2012.
The
Sierra Vista Table Tennis Club will hold an event “The Sierra Vista
Table Tennis Club Open”, to substitute for the canceled games.
Our
format will be similar to the Senior Games everyone is accustomed to but
limited in categories.
There
will be no minimum age limit.
Mixed
Singles – separated by age groups (Men and Women may play in this
group).
Women's
Singles – separated by age groups.
Doubles
– Doubles teams may consist
of 2 men, 2 women or a man and a woman.
There will be no age categories for doubles.
The
Sierra Vista Table Tennis Club will provide a commemorative mug for each
entrant. The cost of the mug is provided for in the registration fee of
$12.00.
The
Sierra Vista Table Tennis Club will provide food and beverages (soft
drinks and water) for everyone at this event.
Medals
will be awarded to the first, second ant third place winner of each age
group.
The
games will begin at 10:00 am on Feb 04, 2012 and continue until
completed at approximately 2:00 PM.
The
deadline for submitting the registration form is Dec 31, 2011.
This is to insure you receive a commemorative mug.
Late registrations will not be guaranteed a mug.
We will
limit the number of players to 60.
This is the number we had play in 2011 and we feel that it is the
maximum we can accommodate effectively.
All the
games will be played at “Roy and Janet's Place”, our dedicated facility
